For sales roles specifically, we are looking for candidates already based in the UAE. For some technical and design roles, we do consider strong remote candidates depending on the specific need at the time.
It depends on the role. Sales roles generally require in-person client meetings. Some technical and design roles may allow hybrid arrangements, discussed clearly before any offer.
Salary is based on your experience and demonstrated capability for the specific role, discussed openly during the interview process rather than fixed to a rigid band.
It goes into our internal talent pipeline, organized by department and position. When a relevant role opens, we search this pipeline before posting externally.
